What's a campaign?
A campaign is a way of letting Project Wonderful manage your bidding for you, and are designed to take some of the work out of bidding. Rather than bidding by hand, you can automatically bid across many thousands of sites of once! Alternatively, you can use a campaign to manage your bidding on just a few hand-chosen sites.
You can look at bidding by hand as saying "I'm willing to pay $x a day to be on this site". Campaigns take that one level up, allowing you to say "I'm willing to pay $x a day to be on each site in this group of sites I've chosen, AND I don't want to spend more than $y overall, AND I only want my bids to be active on weekdays, AND I want my ads to be chosen from this pool of selected ads" - and so on and so on. They're very powerful tools!
To create a campaign, simply search for the sort of sites you're interested in, and click on the big "create a campaign" button at the bottom of your search results. You can check out the How do I create a campaign? article for more information.
