What's a unique user?

A unique user is a measure of how many different people saw your ad. For example, if your ad has 1000 page views but 500 unique users, that means that, on average, every person who viewed your ad saw it twice. In contract, if you had 1000 page views and 1000 unique users, everyone who saw your ad saw it exactly once.

Unique users give you an idea of how many actual people saw your ad. This is in contrast to page views, which tell you how many times it was displayed.
