What's an ad? What sizes do they come in?

An ad is what is displayed on the sites of publishers! It contains the message you want readers to see, and links to where you want readers to go.

There are a few parts to every ad:
- the link: this is where readers should be directed to when they click on your ad.
- the content: this is either an image (for a graphical ad) or some text (for a text ad).
- the hover text: this is what's displayed when a reader holds his or her mouse over your ad for a few seconds. It's a good place to make a last-minute pitch!
- the ad rating: this tells publishers a bit about the content in your ad and on your site.
